Questions for a Free Society

How should a society whose highest ideals include freedom of speech and freedom of religion approach speech which is inherently subversive or religion which may inherently be a fifth column masquerading as religion?

Is antisemitic speech “subversive” in any sense? When antisemitic speech “crosses the line”, which line or lines does it cross?

When oncologists say that in order to kill malignant cells innocent non-cancerous cells will also be destroyed, does that have any relevance to protecting freedom of religion by expunging malignant cells? Even though not mentioned in the First Amendment, how may “due process of law” necessarily be relevant here?

If the Government, in its wisdom, decides to extradite “religious” non-citizens claiming freedom of speech or religion, will any of those rights in any important sense have been violated? What if those individuals were citizens?

Is restricting the entry or immigration of any petitioners considered to be part of a subversive religious group a violation of the First Amendment?
